IT's Begin with Showreel

Showreel is a small video clip that shows all great works to show how good your skills are.

  • Make a video for around 1-3 minutes. (I always make it around 1.30 minutes)
  • Start with your first name, last name, your position, the year of the reel
  • The best work should be shown first.
  • But hey this is not a rule if your Reel is super impressive entire video maybe 5 minutes is not enough 8-)

Step by Step

1. Start with your first name, last name, your position, the year of the reel, and E-mail to Contact

2. Include what you did and your responsibility in each shot

3. End with your first name, last name, E-mail, call back number(optional)

Resume & Cover Letter

RESUME

Is an outline of your skills and past work.
Wait. What if you just graduated? Where can you find those?
If you still have little to no experience, don't worry about it. Ultimately, your reel will show your skills and proficiency.

  1. Self-introduction
  2. Indication of the interested position
  3. Link to the showreel
  4. Past experiences
  5. Skills
  6. School/University

COVER LETTER

Is an essay about yourself. It can be 3 short paragraphs as follows:

  1. Self-introduction
  2. Past experiences and skills proficiency
  3. In conclusion, whatever you want to put in

**** NOT TO DO ****

No skill point or scale, please! What is that supposed to measure against?

They do look good but they confuse the recruiters because the scales do not measure against anything.
Letting the recruiters know what you can or cannot do is better for their understanding of your skills.

Website That Should not Use in my opinion. (Not wrong to use but not recommend)

  • canvas (Hard to read bad experience)
  • Google Drive (it's not previewed in a lot of cases)

Find A Job

It's easy you just go to the Studio website and check out what position is available
But if you don't know a lot of studios we have 3 places that are convenient to find a job
